Staffline pulls inventory from Lightspeed daily and cross-references it with listing data from the SLT website. When both sources agree, units show up clean. Discrepancies usually mean something was updated in one system but not yet synced to the other.
Lightspeed is the source of truth. If a unit looks wrong here, check it in LS first. If the data is correct in LS and still wrong here, the daily sync may not have run yet. Same-day changes to cost, condition, or status may not appear until the following morning.
